Q: How can I use COOL?
A: You can place COOL on your own website and use it to post and receive messages. Simply login and copy the snippet code to get started.

Q: Where can I use COOL?
A: If you have a website, you will be able to use COOL by pasting a block of codes into your web pages.

Q: Can I use COOL without a website?
A: Yes. You will be provided a page for your COOL after registration. Login and then choose the option Use COOL directly to use the COOL on its own.

Q: How can I use smileys?
A: In your COOL, press the + button next to the SEND button to view the list of smileys. You can click to insert symbol of the smiley into your message. The symbol will be replaced with the image of the smiley when you post it into the tagboard.

Q: How can I delete posts?
A: You must be the owner of the tagboard to delete posts from the tagboard. Just login to your tagboard admin area and you will be able to delete messages.

Q: How can I access my admin area?
A: Simply click the + button next to the SEND button and the links are provided to access your admin area. You will need to input your account password to continue.

Q: How can I BAN spammers or junk posters?
A: You can simply login to your admin area and BAN the poster's IP.

Q: My IP address has been banned!
A: If you are banned in a particular tagboard, please contact the owner of the tagboard for further identification.
